Back panels SPB 04 has been designed to provide the User support panels for interfacing boards provided of industrial Abaco® BUS. It can be mounted on any 3HE rack and it can host up to 4 Abaco® BUS boards plus one grifo® power supply board, in Eurocard format.
SPB 04 is the right choice for all the applications that must use at most 4 cards with Abaco® BUS and a supply section, getting size optimization and costs reduction.

By taking advantage of SPB 04 mother board becomes possible to enclose all the electronic devices (including the supply section) in a comfortable 3 HE rack, avoiding the problem to manage several containers and their numberous connections.

If SPB 04 excede or it is insufficent for the application to build, other back panels, belonging to grifo® industrial cards listing, can be used to fulfil the requirements of the User application.

• - Dimension: 130x117x35 mm suitable for 3 HE rack mounting.
• - Slots pitch of 5 TE.
• - Mechanical mounting boring with 3 TE pitch.
• - Local RESET key that reinitializes the complete system.
• - 4 slots for Abaco® BUS cards in Euro size (100x160 mm) standard format.
• - 1 slot for grifo® SPC xxx power supply cards.
• - Noise filters distribuited on the power supply lines.
• - Termination resistors on the BUS line to ensure the correct functionality with not connected signals and CMOS interfaces.
• - 4 pins AMP connector for power supply voltages: +5 Vdc, +12 Vdc, -12 Vdc, according with the used cards.
• - 4 pins quick release screw terminal connector for the input voltages of thepossible power supply section: Vac and Vbat according with used SPC xxx.
