UAR 03D is a visualization interface developed to show
the status and the data acquired by UAR 24 card.
Its physic format allows a direct mounting on the front panel
of this last card, so a single element is obtained and the displayed
information are always visible, even when the UAR 24 is
inserted into a rack.
The UAR 03D includes three different visualization units:
a first group of 7 segments displays corresponding to 4
digits, a second group of 7 segments displays equal to
3 digits and a third group of status LEDs. The colours
and the positions of the visualization units have been selected
to facilitate the information recognition also from a big distance.
The periodic scanning driving tecnique drastically reduces the
current consumption of the card and ensures a very good visibility
in each operating condition.
The UAR 03D management is completely entrusted to UAR
24 firmware that establish which information are displayed
and which methods are used to change them: resuming the typical
modalities of Industrial Thermoregulator
are used.
For this reason the three visualization units can show: current
temperature, programmed set point, regulation and allarm otputs
status, elapsed regulation time, operating mode, etc.
