JKT PTC écard is a powerful
interface module for industrial BUS ABACO® in
EUROCARD format.
The card features 4 indipendent sections to interface three wires Thermoresistances (type PT 100) and 3 indipendent sections to interface three wires Thermocouples (type J, K and S), to analog input sections installed on grifo® cards.
Each section features analog inputs to connect directly to the three thermoresistance wires or the two thermocouples wires.
An interface circuit transforms directly the input into a standard output voltage, to be used for digitalization.
Interfacement to the field is performed through a comfortable D type 25 pins connecotr, while the 8 output signals are available on analog input standard ABACO® connectors.
Typical applications of the card are the ones that require temperature acquisition from the field through thermoresistances or thermocouples.
To digitize output signals it is possible to use any of A/D converter provided cards like LAD 02, LAD 12, LAD 15, LAD 415, GPC® 188F, GPC® 550, GPC® 150, GPC® 883, etc.
Optionally, it is possible to install a frontal panel with standard size 3HE; 4TE.
This provides more shielding for the card in addition to a safer mechanical docking through two dedicated screws. A comfrortable frontal handle makes extraction easier.
